Professor Johani and Professor Han Chunlei from University of Tuke, Finland Came to Deliver Academic Report | |

In the morning of March 16th 2016, Professor Johani and Professor Han Chunlei from University of Tuke, Finland and paid visit to the affiliated hospital of Jiangsu University(UJSH) to deliver academic report on PET-CT Scintigraphy and the application of molecular imaging in cardiac muscle cells. They had academic exchange with medical professionals of our Imaging Center. Director Chen Deyu delivered the welcoming speech. The Vice Director Li Yumei and the dean of Imaging Center participated as well. Professor Johani is the director of Nuclear Medicine Center of University of Tuke and the president of European Committee for Molecular Imaging and Nuclear Medicine. He is mainly engaged in the research in Cardiac PET-CT imaging and molecular imaging in cardiac muscle cells. Professor Johani has published over 160 pieces of international theses. He has issued over 20 pieces original theses as the first author and corresponding author on several famous academic journals, including Nature and Advanced materials. Professor Han Chunlei is the vice director of Nuclear Medicine Center of University of Tuke. He is an expert in the research on the pathogenesis of mitochondrial and its targeted imaging. Professor Han is the visiting professor of several key universities inChina. The Imaging Center of UJSH is the key clinical specialty ofJiangsuprovince, mainly consisting of CT center, MRI center, PET-CT center and the laboratory ofZhenjiangMolecularImagingCenter. It has the capacity of diagnosing 500 patients each day. At present, this center undertakes several projects, for example one supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, one supported by Project of Social Development in Jiangsu Province, and some supported by Jiangsu "333" Project and Zhenjiang Key Laboratory Project.
